Stucket is a student and educational project. It is provided on a best-effort basis and is not an enterprise-grade storage service.
1. Purpose
This project exists for educational use and student workflows. Service quality, continuity, and features are offered without service-level guarantees.
2. Data loss and availability risk
While we try to keep data safe, we cannot guarantee that files will never be lost, corrupted, deleted, delayed, or become unavailable. Always keep your own backups.
3. Do not upload sensitive data
Do not upload sensitive or high-risk data, including health data, biometric data, government ID numbers, banking data, passwords, private keys, or confidential business material.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload and for confirming you have the right to upload and share it. Uploading illegal content is prohibited.
5. Data processing basics (GDPR)
To operate this service, basic technical data may be processed, such as account identifiers, uploaded file metadata, and security/operation logs.
6. Retention and deletion
Files and logs are stored only as long as needed for service operation, troubleshooting, and security. We apply deletion on a best-effort basis.
7. Your GDPR rights
Where applicable under GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection.
8. Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from use of this educational project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
